Wine Production

This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes.
The must remains in contact with the skins for a deliberately extended period to allow for greater extraction of color and aromas. Aged in oak barrels.

Operating temperature

16°–18° C

Color: bright ruby red.
Aroma: delicate hints of hazelnut, ethereal.
Taste: clean, with just the right amount of tannins, harmonious.
