Wine Production

This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes harvested in early October after careful selection, then left to dry naturally on racks or in crates for about 90 days, thanks to the cool, dry winds of the Alps.
The dried grapes, with a grape-to-wine yield of 100 kg to 50 liters, are vinified by leaving the must in contact with the skins for an extended period to allow for greater extraction of color and aromas. Aged in new oak barriques for at least 15 months.

Operating temperature

16°–18° C

Color: purple-red.
Aroma: complex, ethereal, persistent.
Flavor: well-balanced, warm, full-bodied, and harmonious.
