Wine Production

This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes.
The must remains in contact with the skins for a deliberately extended period to allow for greater extraction of color and aromas. Aged in oak barrels.

Operating temperature

16°–18° C

Color: garnet red.
Aroma: distinctive, intense, with hints of oak.
Taste: harmonious, velvety, robust, and austere, with a slightly tannic finish.
