Wine Production

This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes.
The must remains in contact with the skins for a deliberately extended period to allow for greater extraction of color and aromas. Aged in oak barrels.

Operating temperature

16–18°C

Color: ruby red.
Aroma: delicate, subtle, lingering, with notes of raspberry.
Taste: clean, well-balanced, slightly tannic.
